My name is Raquel Lopes, I’m 20 years old and I was born and grown in Portugal.
My family is from Angola, and with them I’ve learned the values of sharing, embracing my ancestors culture and always be grateful for everything I have. But the most important thing that I was tough is to Love my neighbor. I should not discriminate and help everyone in the best way I can.
Actually, I am in the last year of becoming a solicitor in ISCAL (Instituto Superior de Contabilidade e Administração de Lisboa).
As a student I’ve always had the curiosity to know other cultures, to understand their way of thinking and how can we live together despite all the differences.
As an artist (singer), I want to express this message of the United World through our songs and reach each and every person, to encourage them be active in this cause.
All and all, it takes actions to reach our purpose.
